HOW IT WORKS

Returning an Item is Simple

Three easy steps to get your refund or exchange.

Email support@smokedreams.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 24 hours with your return authorization.

Ship It Back

Pack the unopened item securely and ship to our returns address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

What Can Be Returned

  • Unopened, unused products in original packaging
  • Items returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Damaged or defective items (any condition, within 7 days)
  • Wrong items sent due to our error

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Bulk flower products (due to health regulations)
  • Kratom powder products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Gift cards or store credit

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Credit card refunds: 3–5 business days
  • Store credit: Issued immediately upon inspection
  • Exchanges: New item ships within 1 business day of return receipt

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll reship a replacement immediately at no cost to you. You will not need to return the damaged item in most cases.
