You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase products from Smoke Dreams. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel orders if we have reason to believe the age requirement has not been met.

3. Product Compliance

All products sold by Smoke Dreams are derived from hemp and comply with the 2018 Farm Bill, containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to verify that the products they purchase are legal in their state or jurisdiction. Smoke Dreams is not responsible for purchases made in violation of local or state law.

4. Product Descriptions & Accuracy

We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including potency, weight, and effects. However, natural variation exists in cannabis products. Individual experiences may vary. Smoke Dreams does not guarantee specific outcomes or effects from any product.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards. Smoke Dreams reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, at which point a full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Smoke Dreams ships within the United States only. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy is outlined on our Return Policy page. All returns must be pre-authorized. Smoke Dreams reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our stated policy.
